During the "Xander Brand Digital Direct" presentation on December 13th, 2023, we announced plans to reveal Xander Brand Digital projects before Q4 of 2024. However, we have opted to continue the development of each division within our merger/acquisition independently. This initiative began with a restructuring of the Joseph Alexander Simpson Entertainment's YouTube channel, which has ambitiously committed to releasing 365 videos in the year. In addition to the channel's (almost) daily video release schedule, we are working behind the scenes to restructure how we produce content and conduct business. The focus on Xander Brand Digital will shift to a later date, anticipated in Q4 of 2025. While we acknowledge that this news may be disappointing, we believe it is essential to prioritize the ongoing and future business affairs of Joseph Alexander Simpson Entertainment. Our efforts thus far have been concentrated on creatively restructuring the YouTube Channel. We aim to complete the development of JAS Entertainment's Special Projects that began before the merger, specifically enhancing our social presence and advancing the project codenamed: Labrador.Stay tuned for more as news continues to break.
